1) Working Tasks
- To establish and maintain the purchasing policies and procedures.
- To manage the purchasing pipeline, develop timely purchasing actions in support of current and new projects
- To develop the mechanical suppliers and purchasing standard parts, mechanical parts and plastic parts etc..
- To lead site activities on Material Cost Improvement Process
- To review the vendor status with a quarterly review plan to qualify renewal (which including reviewing costs, quality, delivery and manufacturing lead time).
- To assume full accountability for cost of components and inventory of raw material.
- To audit the purchasing plan to make sure the production operate smoothly
- To manage the logistic team on daily basis.


2) Responsibility
- Responsible for the tasks given.
- Responsible according to Kitrons Ethical Code of Conduct.
- Responsible for quality of own work and responsible for quality at the HR function.
- Responsible for, in cooperation with management, that HR matters are handled in line with relevant legal documents, corporate and local policies.
- Human resources responsible for own employees according to description attached.


3) Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Electronics or mechanical.
- Minimum three years’ experience in electronics component sourcing and purchasing, EMS background preferred
- Familiar with procurement procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good written English, CET4 or above.

任职资格
电子或机械专业本科学历
在电子零部件采购或EMS行业有3-5年以上工作经验
熟悉采购流程
良好的沟通和协调能力
良好的英语读写能力，大学英语4级或以上
