ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, in the area of:
o Be responsible for bank transactions, as well as monthly reconciliation
o Prepare the document for foreign currency payment required by the bank
o Verify, check and process invoices for AP payment / T&E claims and ensure proper approval of expenses
o Handle customer invoice sorting and delivery
o Appropriately file monthly accounting records and ledgers
o Other Tasks assigned by Finance Manager
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance .
? 2 years relevant experience in finance and accounting, fresh graduates with strong education background are acceptable.
? At least 2 years relevant experience in finance and accounting
? Working experience in a multinational company environment, with ability to operate in diverse cultures
? A good team player with strong verbal and written communication skills, and good interpersonal skills to give strong business partnering support
? Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
? Deadline-conscious with “can do” spirit to ensure timely reporting
? Have a positive work attitude including willing to work some longer hours during peak periods
? Agile, results oriented, customer focused
? Acts with integrity and fairness and high standards of accountability
SKILLS REQUIRED:
? Language: English and Chinese (written and spoken)
? Strong systems skills with prior experience of Finance ERP system. Working knowledge of NetSuite and Hyperion is a plus
? Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables
