要工作范围
- 与美国团队合作（工业设计工程师）将新的设计概念转化为可制造性和有效成本的产品
- 负责机械模具开发，图纸以及生产流程督导（即第一个产品从开发到整个制造和检验）
- 与工业设计工程师解决产品上的结构问题
- 对于产品的质量问题，能找出原因并给出有效的解决方案。
- 能够为现有产品带来更好的改进，降低成本并提高质量
- 职位在宁波，异地派遣费用另议
- 此职位向生产工程经理汇报


要求经验与技能

- 本科毕业或以上-机械工程专科
- 至少7到10年有实际工厂工作的经验，对焊接和焊接模具设计，金属管弯曲，冲压，锻压，焊接，自动粉末喷涂线，粉末喷涂前金属管道与零件的准备流程（包括清洗，脱脂，除锈，磷化）和注塑模具等有较强的经验。
- 有良好的人际关系和沟通技巧
- 有团队合作意识，积极配合其他同事
- 精通使用 Solidworks/CAD/ProE
- 熟练的英语和普通话（包括口语和书写），能够与美国工程师通过电话，Skype和电子邮件交流。

Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with US team(the industrial design engineers) to bring the new design concepts into a manufacturable and cost effective products
- Contribute to the development of mechanical tooling, drawing and production qualification (i.e. first-article inspections and manufacturing process capabilities)
- To resolve the structural issues of theproducts from our industrial engineering colleagues
- To find solution to fix the quality problems coming from production
- Able to bring improvements on existing products to reduce cost and enhance the quality
- Position located in Ningbo, relocation expenses can be negotiable
- This position will report to the Production Engineering Manager in the Ningbo offices.

Required Experience and Skills :

- Bachelor‘s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 7 to 10 years working experience in factories with hands-on experience, strong background in welding and the design of the welding fixtures, metal tube bending , metal stamping, metal forging, spot welding, automatic powder painting line, preparation of metal parts before powder painting ( including washing, de-greasing, rust removal and phosphate coating), plastic injection molding and tooling, etc.
- Good in interpersonal and communication skill with people
- Proven team player that cooperates well with other colleagues
- CAD - Solidworks/ProE with a preference on SolidWorks.
- Proficient in oral and written English and Mandarin. Capable of working with US engineers via phone, Skype and email. 举报 分享
