职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure fabric quality and colour consistency across different suppliers
- Review and make approval on 3rd party lab test reports
- Own products and make decisions within the timeline of critical path
- Conduct induction meeting with new suppliers
- Maintain and update logbook
- Conduct mill visit and evaluation to identify mill’s capability. Ensure proper quality assurance process is implemented, work out and follow up improvement plan with mill.
- Investigation of the root cause in quality failures with factories, fabric mills, laboratories, chemical suppliers, etc. Assist suppliers to determine and implement corrective action plan
- Participate in weekly meeting with stakeholders to provide updates of on-going issues
- Obtain and verify detail materials and production information throughout the production process from suppliers
- Risk assessment to identify high risk products in development stage. Ensure fabric quality approval before confirming orders. Proactively provide technical supports, options and solutions
- Inline or Pilot inspection at fabric mill, garment factory, laundry factory, printers, etc.
- Maintain colour consistency of products. Approval of bulk fabric colours, setup shade band and conduct technical review and approval on bulk issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in textile chemistry or textile technology with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in fabric mill / dyeing factory experience
- Pass the Farnsworth-Munsell 100 Hue Test with superior class
- Familiar with international physical and chemical testing methods of softline products
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in Chinese and English; fluency in English and Mandarin is required
