Main Tasks and Responsibilities
1. To identify new business opportunities and develop new client base independently
2. Achieve sales targets and able to bring in new businesses
3. Develop and maintain long-term business relationship with clients
4. Prepare weekly sales reporting and forecast of sales activities and revenue on a timely basis for manager’s review
5. Develop and increase revenue for sea freight services business in targeted and existing accounts
6. Lead and mentor sales executives in achieving sales targets

6. 带领并管理销售团队共同完成公司销售指标。
任职要求:
1. 至少10年的销售经理工作经验;
2. 有东非/西非销售经验者优先考虑;
3. 拥有自己的客户群并有卓越的销售业绩;
4. 熟悉海运领域的相关知识;
5. 有较强的人际交往能力和表达能力;
6. 英语读写流利者优先考虑;
7. 良好的团队精神,积极主动,有进取心;
8. 有带领并管理销售团队的经验和能力。
