职位描述：
Primary objective of Position:
As a Plant General Manager, you will have full P&L responsibility of the manufacturing facility and will lead all operational aspects including product manufacturing and processing, manufacturing engineering and logistics activities. You will be in charge of local management working close with other functional groups within the company, including the commercial group and product line teams. You will be responsible to develop and meet local business plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

Major Responsibilities
? Ensure plant is operated in a safe manner (safety, health, environmental).
? Ensure customer needs are met with consistent, on-time delivery performance to customer specifications.
? Propose and implement business strategies and actions to meet company goals and objectives.
? Work with Product Line Management teams to support new product introductions and interface occasionally with local customers.
? Develop and oversee budget. Control costs to meet benchmark targets. Develop and implement productivity programs and projects to reduce costs.
? Develop capable management staff and operator workforce.
? Lead and implement lean manufacturing initiatives. Ensure adequate stocks are maintained to meet delivery requirements while achieving inventory objectives.
? Ensure obligations with respect to labor administration are fulfilled (transmission or provision of documents or information, occupational health requirements, etc.).
? Manage site capital investment projects.

Major Qualification

? Four year engineering or business degree.
? Minimum 10 years industrial related experience in manufacturing and / or project management.
? Developing budgets and business plans, tracking budget expenses, planning.
? Strong interpersonal, communication, team building and leadership skills.
? Knowledge of automotive system requirements.
? Demonstrated lean manufacturing experience and skills.
? Effective computer skills and database management skills.
? Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Possesses a general understanding of contract administration, business principals and business law.
? Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with management, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company.
? Fluent in English and Chinese languages. French language is a plus. 举报 分享
