Main tasks:
o Responsible for plan customer requirements capture and to drive internal impact analysis (on design, development and test timing) for active safety products
o Understand and survey evolutions in customer processes and tools and ensure internal processes, tools, project timing and scope of deliveries are matching
o Member of the project management team
o Contribute with customer requirements and process knowledge to the high-level system design of the product
o Act as customer interface for the product design team based in China
o Support and perform configuration, flashing, reading out of Electronic control units and maintenance of needed tools
o Provide high-level analysis of customer design issues
o Drive and perform the problem resolution process in handling customer error reports
o Drive the internal management of customer, internal error reports and related customer communication
o Participate with daily and regular global meetings. Working and support PTL and DL
Competences:
Level (diploma) required:
? Bachelor or master degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
Experience:
? At least one year experience in automotive product development
Technical skills required:
? Technical knowledge in hardware, software and system
? Hold a driver license and with clear driving record
? Good Requirements management knowledge (Doors)
Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:
? Strong hands-on capability, detail-oriented, and working independently
? Adapted to work with EU/US time zones whenever needed
? Committed to thorough processes, team spirit; results oriented; excellence in customer relation; and business integrity
Languages:
? Not bad English
? Fluent Mandarin
