RESPONSIBILITIES 职责:

Live Accounting – GIS 活禽业务会计处理 – 活禽养殖信息系统

• Manage the processes related to GIS including the following:

管理包括下列任务在内与活禽养殖信息系统相关的流程

• Weekly feed data entry and costing

按周饲料数据录入及成本处理

• Weekly balancing of feed inventories with feed mill counts

按周根据饲料厂存货盘点调整饲料存货

• Weekly entry and balancing of breeder and pullet data

按周种鸡数据录入及存货调整

• Weekly processing of broiler closing data and costing to the plant

按周处理肉鸡结算数据及向加工厂的成本转移

• All other data reconciliations of egg inventories, farm feed inventories, etc

包括种蛋、鸡场饲料存货等的其他数据调节

• Work with production management to educate them on the use of GIS reports

为活禽生产管理部门提供活禽养殖信息系统报表培训

• Review weekly data and establish trend reporting to assist production management

审核每周数据并建立趋势报告机制以协助活禽生产管理部门的生产管理

• Manage the farm grower data

管理养殖户数据

• Establish new flock numbers for each grower as the new flock is prepared to be placed on the farm.

为新鸡群的投放就每个养殖户建立鸡群数据

• Reconcile cost data within GIS to Kingdee

将活禽养殖信息系统数据与金蝶数据进行调整

• Train other locations on the use of GIS as they go on-line

为泰森中国其他地区的活禽养殖信息系统上线提供培训支持

Live Operation Analysis and Support 活禽业务分析与支持

• Provide analytical information to help operation of Live team as required

为活禽团队的业务营运提供分析信息支持

• Support process improvement involved in Live cycle

为活禽业务循环提供流程改进支持

REQUIREMENTS 职位要求:

1. Bachelor degree in the discipline of finance/accounting/business;

财务/会计/商科方向专业本科

2. 4+ years finance/accounting experience, previous experience in costing desired;

4年以上财务会计经验，成本会计领域经验优先考虑

3. Communication skills in Mandarin and English;

中英文沟通能力

4. Ability to work independently and team player with customer oriented mindset;

独立工作能力及客户导向思维；

5. Sound business sense and analytical skills;

良好的商业敏感性及分析能力

6. Short-term assignment in other locations of China is required
