职位描述：
We are looking for a Garment Technologist with Womenswear experience to join our Quality team. This candidate is responsible for providing technical support and advice to Target Australia, merchandising team, suppliers and QA to ensure products meet our quality standards.

Job Responsibility
? Conduct sample evaluations to ensure products are of a high quality level and meets Target Australia quality standards, test requirements and all other technical requirements with fitting on mannequin
? Attend sample meetings and conduct early risk assessment on potential quality problems, advise necessary precautions prior to production commencement
? Approve products and seal samples which meet company quality standards and requirements when assessed against Target Australia approved fit sample
? Hold regular VC/WIP meeting with Target Australia technical team for processing of fit and workmanship of samples and building relationship
? Provide technical advice to merchandising team, designer and buying team on product quality, sample execution and fit related issues
? Provide advice on quality issues during inspection/at shipment, provide standards and guidelines for quality improvement
? Communicate with suppliers/ factories and provide technical support for them on all technical issues to ensure products are produced in accordance with Target Australia quality standards, safety and legal requirements with continuous performance improvement from Target Australia
? Assess and maintain updated technical packages form, ensuring information is correct prior to final approval and sealing of samples
? Continue to learn and keep abreast of Target quality safety and legal standards

Job Requirement
? Diploma or above in Clothing or Textile related disciplines
? Minimum 5 years solid experience in apparel technical departments/quality management
? Knowledge in apparel for Womenswear, fitting requirements, construction & fabrication and manufacturing process
? Experiences in sample evaluation, testing for relevant products and fitting on dummy
? Experiences in working directly with designers and buyers is an advantage
? A good team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills
? Proactive problem solving and attention to details
? Well-versed in computer application including MS office/Excel
? Good command in both spoken and written English & Chinese
? Occasional travel is required
