职位描述：
1. In charge of In-house product and package testing including but not limited:
a) Tracking and following up with vendors to arrange testing.
b) Onsite test and complete all related reports
c) Upload testing report.
d) Work with PD and QA manager and communicate with factory to find solution to improve the failed part and retest.
e) Feedback to PD team if there are any data difference with Pims info.
f) Sharing all the reports for QA team and support for any technical issues with PD team for QA.
g) Communicate with overseas office for any questions or suggestions.
h) Purchase/redesign test tools or equipment.
2. In charge of third party testing including but not limited:
a) Work with PD and VC but fully in charge of communication with third party and vendors to complete the third party product and package testing
b) Upload test reports and follow up the CAPs as needed
c) Any retesting may be occurred.
d) Implement any corrective actions that needed, inform VC, PD and QA teams.
3. In charge of Swatch management and swatch compliance tracking and renew including but not limited:
a) Once get DCP info from PD, tracking with vendor to get all compliance report(lead or TB117-2013 and Prop.65).
b) Manage master swatches and process swatches test(finish test)
c) Take high-ris photos for swatches for Austin.
d) Work with QA manager to keep tracking MCP process and renew swatches.
4. In charge of all the compliance updates including but not limited:
a) TB117-2013, Prop 65 (both fabric cover and filling material)
b) Lead testing, CARB and all the related new regulations.
c) Communicate with Compliance Specialist and Austin team to renew all the compliance documents.
d) Work with vendors to get all of the related compliance testing reports and documents.
5. Other works from team leader or office management.
