JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible to ensure all the milestones are respected for the assigned projects in textile sewing range with right quality and competitive price, in addition, terms and conditions are accurately and timely communicated to all concerned parties, internal and external, before entering into mass production stage. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Follow collection change and ensure price list, product specification, and any other agreed terms and conditions are well communicated to all concerned parties before mass production starts. 2. Assist the Sourcing Manager to identify and propose potential suppliers with fabric sewing component and accessories suppliers capability and manufacturing with good understanding of the juvenile industry. 3. Support the development and fashion team for efficient sampling, cost reduction, and new developments. . 4. Work with fabric / product engineering team and sewing sampling room to collect and analyze sewing pattern, fabric usage, support division fashion accessories sampling and development. 5. Set up sampling room SOP to support sourcing, engineering and fashion design.

JOB REQUIREMENT EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: 1. College /University graduate with preference in International Trading 2. Min. 5 years in export oriented companies 3. Working experience in textile industry and buying office are plus SKILLS: 1. Strong communication skills both in oral and written English 2. Strong negotiation skills 3. Good knowledge on textile and sewing industry, especially for sewing sampling, pattern collection. 4. Good analytical skills 5. Strong team work skills in multi-culture environment 6. Excellent knowledge of Windows office programs (Exel etc.) OTHERS (PERSONAL TRAITS, etc.) Open, optimistic, convincing and service minded
