职位描述：
Major Responsibilities:

1)Responsible for outsource parts sourcing.(surface treatment for rubber, painting)
a)Negotiate with supplier for annual cost saving target;
b)outsource parts supply base reduction to minimize management cost;
c)Work closely with international purchasing to create “smart” ideas for cost savings;
d)A member of new project team to handle outsource parts related purchasing issues, including supplier nomination, contract negotiation, and on time delivery, etc;
e)Aggressively seek opportunities to substitute high cost, high risk suppliers;
f)Manage overall supplier relationships including supplier performance, capability development, cost and quality improvements;
g)Maintain personal knowledge of chemical market trends including rigorous analysis of market drivers, cost structure, technical improvements;
h)Identify cost reduction opportunities based on, benchmarking data and cost driver analysis, supplier capacity analysis, global competitive sourcing, commodity market trends;
i)Regularly analyze resin market to give recommendations to the management;
j)Maintain resin supplier/S-BOM.
2)Follow up SOX requirement in all the business executions.
3)Other tasks as assigned.

Key Competencies:

1)Managed at least $40M+ in annualized procurement spend;
2)Prefer depth in surface treatment for plastic parts and rubber parts.
3)Experience in strategic sourcing with a strong track record of driving savings;
4)Strong business acumen supported by robust quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills;
5)Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
6)Good spread sheet skills;
