4.工作踏实，积极主动，有上进心、责任心及良好的团队合作意识。
工作时间：周一到周六上午，周六下午和周日休息
时间：8小时工作制
福利：工作满一年可报销一次探亲路费50%,满二年可报销一次探亲路费100%，满三年可申请优秀员工奖金，满五年可享受国外旅游一次。
公司每年会定期组织国内团体游或者户外拓展活动。

色浆作为聚氨酯发泡使用的主要助剂，广泛应用于各类聚氨酯材料。我厂作为华东聚氨酯色浆生产龙头企业，生产的色浆具有色浓度高,流动性好、大量添加不影响发泡、色泽鲜艳,耐候性强等特点；聚氨酯模内漆(水性,双组份)能在制品表面形成有韧性的漆膜(可覆盖发泡中产生的小气孔)，美观耐磨，使用方便；抗氧剂能抑止发泡中心温度过高导致烧心(发黄).抗黄剂能保持海绵在1-2月内不黄变的作用。

Our company is specialized in producing polyurethane paint, mold paint, antioxidant, integrated with research and development, manufacturing, sales and service. Factory is located in LongShan district, CiXi city, ZheJiang Province and is surrounded by a beautiful environment next to south of Hangzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge BeiLun Deep Water Harbor, convenient transportation as well. The factory covers an area of twelve thousands square meters. For the convenience of our customers, our company set up a marketing office in downtown of NingBo.
Mill base is a key agent for PU and widely used in all kinds of PU material. We are so far the largest manufacturer for polyurethane paint in East China and our produced mill base is highly concentrated, in optimal fluidity, foaming won’t be affected with large amount added, in bright colors, and aging resistant. Polyurethane mold paint (water-based, bi-component) can form a Resilient coating at the products’ surface which also covers the spileholes produced during foaming. It’s convenient to use and makes the product look nice and wear well. Our antioxidants are able to prevent core temperature from heartburn (in yellow) during foaming. The anti-yellow agent can keeps sponge fresh for one to two months.
Our company has a professional product research and development team; equipped with complexity analysis machine, parameter detection machine, foaming testing machine and so on; has a long-term cooperation with known domestic universities and research institutes for researching new materials of Polyurethane.
