职位描述：
POSITION BRIEF:
Focus and lead efforts on maintaining and improving supplier quality, process and procedures efficiency at existing suppliers and assessing new potential suppliers.
Ensure the supply base understands and is in compliance with FJI requirements, aim to work with actual, new technologies and new product launches

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supplier Quality Management and Supplier Process Improvement
a) Support/Develop/Verify compliance to control plans and process via supplier audits; support/develop improvement/corrective supplier action plans from audit findings and ensure completion.
b) Support on-site supplier development programs to help key suppliers improve their processes and achieve productivity and quality performance goals.
c) Use standard supplier assessment and evaluation/ plan tools.
d) Identify new suppliers in alignment with FJI product performance requirements, sourcing decisions, help to improve the supply actual base.
e) Identify opportunities for quality and productivity improvement and communicate to Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing and Purchasing.
f) Support supplier performance metrics and overall supplier performance.
g) Support cross-functional launch team design/manufacturability supplier review to assure success of products.
2. Supplier Qualification and Disqualification
a) Develop and communicate Approved/Disqualified Supplier List
b) Manage supplier scorecard and identify repeat quality issues by supplier
c) Maintains authority to terminate suppliers as needed.
3. Corrective action process
a) Support and participate actively in QMS meetings – supplier quality issues.
b) Support containment, identification of root cause, implementation of corrective action.
c) Instruct-support suppliers on the use of a corrective action process and quality tools and techniques.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A. B.S. in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering and advance degree preferred, English proficiency written / oral.
B. High degree of technical expertise in materials and manufacturing processes in general casting processes preferably.
C. Minimum five years engineering, quality, supplier development, or related experience with an aerospace or automotive firm.
D. Expert in TS 16949.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
E. Proficiency with data analytics and in quality analysis tools such as PPAP, APQP, 8D, FMEA, Control Plans, Audit Supplier Forms.
F. Understanding of manufacturing engineering and practices including six-sigma and lean.
G. Excellent communication and organization skills in a cross-functional team environment.
H. Able to guide, mentor and train associates and suppliers.
I. Self-motivated with a high level of initiative, able to be independent, critical and accept criticism.
J. Ability to travel as much as 75% of the time. 举报 分享
