职位描述：
1. Primary Responsibilities
？   Analyse training needs and develop training plan to meet company business requirements
？ Act as a coordinator for new employee orientation training to cultivate positive attitude toward company competencies, goals and objectives
？ Assist each department in guiding and optimizing on job training within organization
？ Develop and maintain external training suppliers, evaluate and select appropriate courses and trainers to meet the training needs within organization
？ Track and evaluate overall training effectiveness
？ Develop and set up internal trainer team
？ Manage and update training procedures including management trainee & Azubi program
？ Develop and implement employees skill qualification program
？ Training records management to meet ISO requirements
？ Manage internal communication channels, such as WeChat, TV in the canteen. Keep updating the post in the channels regularly
？ Company events supporting together with worker council
？ Other HR affairs assigned by Senior HR manager
2. Special Features
？ Bachelor degree with 3-years working experience
？ Fluent written and oral English skills
？ IT know-how: good in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.)
？ Good communication skills in international multilingual environment
