Sourcing Manager 采购经理 （Kunshan 昆山）

General Responsibility

This position is to execute vendor sourcing, evaluation, supplier database, KPI management, cost negotiation, assure order to be shipped on time, and all other daily business practices in Great China by working closely with Engineering, Quality and teammates at corporate office.

Main duties

1. Vendor development & relationship management
2. Be able to set up strategy in managing price negotiation and cost reduction plan. Good in execution.
3. Vendor capacity control and order on time delivery management
4. Initiate and manage supplier database, BOM, KPI, scorecards and continuous improvement programs.
5. Work closely with Eng. & quality team members to assure new project completion per spec. on time.
6. Work process and SOP set up & maintenance
7. Other job assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum 7 years of working experience and at least 4 year experience in similar role
3. Strong background in sourcing and merchandising ODM/OEM engineered items.
4. Proven experience in supplier sourcing, development, continuous improvement, driving change and developing meaningful results orientated relationships with suppliers
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
6. Analytical and detailed oriented
7. High integrity and flexibility
8. Self-starter and ability to work independently
9. Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
10. Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
11. Willing to travel
