职位描述：
Your Responsibilities

1: 负责公司日常采购工作，包括：询价、比价、拟定采购合同、项目后期跟踪处理、评估及反馈汇总工作
2: 协调并联系供应商
3: 调整并协调各岗位间人员的协作, 并为高级采购经理提供报告

1: Responsible for the daily procurement process. Which includes: acquiring products, analysis & comparison of quotations, negotiating prices with suppliers, forming contracts, processing customer complaints, following-up with suppliers concerning delivery times.
2: Organising and maintaining contact with suppliers
3: Coordinating work with other department teams, and reporting to Junior Procurement Manager


任职资格
Your Qualifications:

1: 本科及以上学历
2: 优秀的越南语和英语表达和书写能力
3: 了解招标和采购流程以及Office办公软件: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and Adobe Acrobat
4: 具备良好部门内和跨部门的组织和协调能力，良好的谈判、人际沟通能力，团队协作能力及抗压能力
5: 具备较强经济洞察力

1: Bachelor Degree
2: Fluent in Vietnamese English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
3: Basic knowledge of tender invitation and the procurement process, including knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
4: Good judgement and analytical ability, able to manage & maintain supplier relationships, Able to manage stress.
5: Strong Commercial awareness & problem solving ability

Our company was founded in 2005. The headquarters of JAGO AG Germany is located in Stuttgart - a famous industrial and commercial area in the south of Germany. Our many warehouses are located in central Germany, in the areas surrounding Goettingen. Over the years we have experienced impressive growth.
