- Issuing, send and monitor traffic related documents as B/L, Pre-advice, Invoice, Pacom, Manifest, etc. per traffic requirement and work process orders.



- Monitor and advise Shipment Status to the customers as per Work Process Order and or the Standard Opertions Procedure.



- Booking of incoming local invoices, credit notes and similar as well as accurate file keeping as per Work Process Order.



- Create, Handle and implement Load Plan for loading of containers, trucks, vessels etc



- File administration and monitoring according to norm



- Booking (Carrier arrangement)



- To obey release & issue Instructions of all Bill of Ladings as well as other handling instructions



- Extensively communicate with PA Overseas / Shipper / Consignee and sub-contractors



- Communication standards: i)answer phone calls immediately and take calls from unattended phones; ii) answer fax inquiries the same day, unless received after 3:00p.m.; iii) answer e-mails within 24 hours.



- attend loading / offloading / transport supervisions in China (not limited to one location)

HSE support

- assist in HSE sub-contractor evaluation

- assist in HSE Plan creation and coordinate implementation

- assist in HSE Plan maintenmance / auditing

- report any HSE incidents internal or external

Requirements & Skills

Sound knowledge in forwarding & logistics business more than 2 year's experience..

Computer literate (windows office, outlook)

L/C knowledge

Excellent coordination skills

Excellent communication skills

Specialist skills such as road survey, heavy lift coordination

service orientated and cost concious

intermodal transportation knowledge

experience in sub-contractor evaluation and negotiating skills

experience in creation and execution of Execution Plans

Fluent Written/Spoken English & Chinese
