Responsibilities:
1. Responsible on approval of several licenses within TVMANIA from concept to production stage
2. Receive concept boards from design team and upload them to licensor's systems
3. Receive pre-production and production samples from licensor and send them to the licensor for approval.
4. Follow up on the approval with licensor and send updates to the design and production teams
5. Update the teams within TVMANIA on inputs and guidelines from licensor
6. Other task and projects assigned by line manager.
Requirement:
1. Excellent time management, organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills.
2. Ability to multi-task and work independently, but yet be a team player.
3. Ability to perform detailed work independently and accurately with minimal direct supervision.
4. Technology Skills: Competence with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Knowledge in Graphic programs (an advantage)
5. Flute English (read, write, talk)
6. Background in graphic design or soft line production (an advantage)
7. College degree preferred
