职位描述：
Primary responsibilities include:
1.Assist with website and social media content creation and organization; edit, schedule and post both website and social media content
(1)Both for Chinese social media channels (wechat, qq, weibo, others) as well as global ones (linkedin, twitter, facebook, etc)
(2)Monitor and coordinate response to comments on digital marketing channels
2.Web analytics monitoring and reporting against key metrics
3.Draft copy and assist with design for print and digital marketing materials; ensure materials are consistent with organization brand and messaging, for all online and offline assets (e.g.: banners for internal and external events)
4.Help conduct events where CI&T will sponsor or have someone speaking at, by:
(1)Ensuring our Brand is correctly advertised;
(2)Choosing the best spot/investment for the event;
(3)Finding events in China related to our IT area for potential investments;
5.Collect online analytic for digital marketing channels
6.Search engine optimization tasks – improving page content, ensuring site structure is efficient, keyword relevancy, product names and tags etc
(1)Paid Search for Baidu and Google – budget control, key word success tracking, reporting
Keeping up to date with internet and marketing trends and contribute this knowledge as an integral member of the team

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's Degree
2.1-2 years’ experience in creative, IT agency or digital preferred
3.Strong time management skills, with focus on setting priorities and multitasking;
4.Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail
5.Willingness to take initiative and follow through on projects
6.Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
7.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and In Design preferred
8.Curious about new technologies and digital trends
9.Languages:
(1)Solid Chinese reader/writer, with perfect writing skills;
(2)English skills for reading/writing, as well as speaking are a plus; 举报 分享
