职位描述：

Responsibilities :

Support marketing events, eg: exhibitions, seminars, techdays, etc with logistic, contract and payment

Support and coordinate company events preparation, eg: annual dinner, opening ceremony, board meetings, sales meetings, etc

Support marketing materials and selling tools management, eg, inventory management, vendor management

Support E marketing - company website maintenance project;

Support development of social media branding project, eg, Wechat

Support literature development, eg, newsletter articles, media news release, translation, proofreading, etc

Support training programs and activities, eg: venue, contract, payment, logistic, on site support

Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in English, communication, media or related fields.

Good writing skill both in Chinese and English (must)

Possess sense of aesthetic

2 years minimum working experience in MNC in communication or media field.
