人事行政文员 HR& Admin Clerk
Job description 岗位职责
1. Compliance to relevant HR statutory requirements in China and keep good relationship with local authorities and institutions
2. Responsible for performance appraisal data summary
3. Employee vacation, leaves and business trips confirmation. Attendance record update and distribution/collection on monthly basis.
4. Communicate with IT if there is any problem on database or employees’ email
5. Manage the information and documents of global employees. Maintain the hard copy of the employee’s personal file and the contracts of suppliers.
6. Employees’ business cards and work cards ordering.
7. Employee commercial insurance management. Check the reimbursement documents before submit them to the commercial insurance company.
8. Deal with some of the office admin. Jobs, including equipment maintain of office; teleservice, computer service; water, air ticket, hotel reservation and express record
9. Reimbursement of the employee work injury insurance handling process
10. Working visa application for foreign employee. Support new application of different kinds of visas for foreign employees and handle the renewal every year. Translate and prepare any documents which the government needed, and do the registration for them in Shenzhen,
11. Transfer the personal file of the employee if necessary
12. AQSIQ/CIQ Examination management, including calculate the list, registration, and arrange the training online and payment
13. Support kinds of festival celebration activities and birthday parties if necessary
14. Other HR issues when as required
