职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.在授权范围内，完成日常赔案的理算、审核工作
2.根据业务需求以及授权，通过指派第三方调查公司提供保险事故发生的事实依据，提高理赔的准确性和及时性。
3.依据日常案件分析和总结，对理赔管理体系以及业务流程提供改进和完善意见，提高理赔流程的业务质量
4.对已结案件、赔付率等相关数据的统计、分析以及上报，确保数据的准确性
5.部门交办的其他临时性工作。

任职资格：
1、有1-2年保险行业意健险理赔岗位经验；
2、踏实苦干，良好的职业素养；
