职位描述：
岗位职责：

1.Mission planning and mission change according to priorities, technicians capacity and the availability of spare parts and tools to achieve cost and efficiency optimization 根据任务的紧急程度,工程师的人力及备件工具的到位情况负责任务的计划和变更以满足成本和效率的最优
2.Coordinate capacity exchange between TRUMPF subsidiaries协调通快子公司工程师人力交换
3.Communication of mission dates to in-house and field technicians 负责向热线和现场技术工程师沟通任务的日期
4.Check and ensure availability of spare parts,wear parts and tools at customer负责备件工具在客户现场的可用性
5.Support engineers for visa process and flight booking 支持工程师签证和机票的办理
6.Report immediate manager in time in case of any capacity shortages and skill problems of field technician发生意外情况如人力不足或现场工程师技术问题时及时汇报服务经理
7. Use of service information system(SIS) 负责在SIS系统维护相关服务数据
8.Other tasks assigned by immediate manger 完成其它指派的任务

任职要求：

1.Bachelor degree from university or above本科或以上学历毕业
2.Major with technical mackground 主修机电工程，自动化，材料加工，光学或电子相关专业
3.University graduate or with some years working experiences;应届生或有一定工作经验
4.Solid basics on related subjects such as electrical or mechanical , hydraulic knowledge具备扎实的机电液压方面的专业知识
Experienced with machining centers or metal fabrication machines repair , setup, project coordination. 有加工中心或金属加工机器的安装维修及项目协调的经验
5.Fluent English is a must流利的英语
6.Interested in intercultural working environment 喜欢跨文化的工作环境
