Duties & Responsibilities

？ Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of the laboratory.
？ Control and manage the expenses (Office/Lab Supplier/Equipment/HC) of the laboratory.
？ Develop new test method according to market needs.
？ People development and organization set up.
？ Manage the implementation of KPI of company (TAT, accuracy, capacity and capability)
？ Responsibility for ensuring safe working conditions of all testing staff.
？ Reply the internal inquiry.
？ Responsible for the purchase and control of consumables.
？ Responsible for the purchase of test equipment.
？ Deal with internal complaint.
？ Set up department HSE objective, target and program, HSE management system.
？ HSE implementation accordance with HSE management system.
？ Ensure employees under control safety practice on Hazard Chemical Storage and transport etc.


Skills & Requirements

？ Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel.
？ Good reading and writing English capability. Fluent oral English would be preferred.
？ Good time management and communication skill.
？ Good team work spirit and professional integrity.
？ Familiar with the general test requirements and experienced in the testing.
？ Familiar with the test equipment operating.
？ Knowledge of testing from laboratory / manufacturing.
？ Ability to perform multiple tasks by manager request.
？ Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines.
？ Good training skill for Test Engineers/technicians.

Education & Experience

？ College or above in the textile or related discipline.
