Role: 职位描述
？ Handle daily warehouse functions, quality control, inbound control, goods reception, pick and pack and shipping.
处理日常的仓管，质量控制，到货，接收，打包，出运等事务
？ Inform colleague responsible for suppliers if products are not delivered in right quantity and/or time
收货时发现有质量问题或是到货时间有差异，应及时通知负责供应商的同事
？ Control shipping papers – packing lists and delivery notes
控制货运单据-装箱单和到货通知单等
？ Maintain serial number achieve.
维护录入序列号
？ Participate in performing inventory.
参与盘点库存
？ Participate in general upkeep of warehouse, cleaning etc.
参与仓库日常的清洁，维护
？ Follow up on deficit lists.
跟进盘亏事项
？ Take part in job rotation within Operations tasks
参与任务范围内的工作轮换

？ Uphold and continuously develop relevant processes and instructions in the field of work as mentioned in the Quality Management System
秉持并持续提升工作领域内的相关流程和指导，正如质量管理体系中提及的
？ NCR Registration in the Quality Management System
在质量管理体系中做非一致性报告登记
？ Execute on planning prioritization
根据计划的优先级执行任务

Mandate: 要求
？ Point out faulty equipment produced by Mita-Teknik or our subcontractors
发现指出有问题的设备，是米塔自己生产的也好，由承包商生产的也好
？ Reject goods, if broken on delivery to Mita-Teknik
到达的货物如有磨损，一律拒收
？ Point out unapproved activities/use of resources
发现指出未经授权的材料使用
？ Point out lack/excess of resources
发现指出材料的缺失或超额

Competences: 能力要求
？ Experience or training within Warehouse administration
在仓管领域有相应的经验或受过相应的培训
？ Solid IT skills
良好的计算机操作技能
？ Be able to drive the folk lift truck
