Finance Specialist (Shanghai) 财务部专员 （上海）

General Responsibility

Supervise/ executes finance matters to ensure well-organized finance operations with high efficiency, and to ensure company activities in compliance with government accounting and taxation regulations. Act as the contact window on finance.

Main duties

1. Prepare budgets and financial reports for monthly and annual basis by using the UFIDA system,

2. Do regular review with divisions / regional offices;

3. Review the expenses per accounting & taxation regulations and company policies, monitoring and finalizing payment process;

4. Responsible for purchase accounting, can provide proposals to business unit as per accounting & taxation regulations.

5. Do monthly provision and depreciation, check and ensure accuracy of trial balance;

6. Work on the audit and tax;

7. Conduct internal analysis, cost control;

8. Maintain good interacts with banks, auditors and tax bureau;

9. Provide leadership, supervision and training to team members to ensure team growth;

10. Other jobs assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

1. University graduate or above, with major in accounting or finance.

2. Minimal 6 years of working experience, and at least 2 years in finance field in a multi-national company.

3. Good knowledge of finance practice and China accounting and taxation regulations.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good teamwork leader.

5. Master of English and Chinese in both speaking and writing.

6. Familiar with MS word, excel & PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.

7. Good at finance software, experienced with UFINDA system will be a plus.

8. High integrity, Mature, Open-minded and positive, independent, faster-learner, self-starter, be able to work under pressure.
