职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
1. Implement the company’s recruitment strategy. Supply human resources according to company business strategy and needs from internal and/or external candidates; Plan, conduct and co-ordinate company recruitment activities: advertising, interviewing, testing, ranking and selecting candidates, checking references, negotiating employment offers.
2. Support Sr. HR Manager regarding Annual Operational Plan (Labor Cost & related HR Cost), monthly rolling forecast, monthly manpower status reports, etc.
3. Support for the new facility office decoration and employee transfer.
4. Support to manage the employee relations and employee engagement .Deal with labor and employee relations within company.
5. Change Management, understanding the importance of workplace culture and how to influence culture to drive effective change and to be able to identify the need for change
6. Support Project jobs such as employee activities, etc.

Minimum Qualification Required:
1. Bachelor degree or above in HR related major
2. At least 5 years relevant experience in HR in an international environment
3. Be familiar with overall HR functions and local labor laws and regulations
4. Result oriented, down to earth manner, excellent planning, analysis, communication and problem solving, strong team spirit, professionalism, sense of service;
5. Good command of English both in speaking and writing;
