客服岗位职责
1、 客户资料整理
　　负责客户信息的整理、出客户统计报表、根据市场需求对客户进行分类统计。
2、客户回访
　　定期对成交客户的回访、跟踪物流发货时间进程。
3、负责发货
　 　办理发货手续、包装货物、负责货物邮购当中的查询工作。
4、产品销量统计
5、处理客户投诉、解答客户咨询的各种问题。
6、根据工作需要接受领导分配的其他工作。

职位要求：
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，物流类相关专业；
2、1年以上物流相关领域工作经验，有外资企业物流工作经历者优先；
3、熟悉物流管理、供应链管理的相关流程及知识，熟悉公司业务知识和财务基础知识；
4、具备良好的计划、管理、沟通和协调能力；
5、责任心强，诚信、细致，有较强的团队合作意识。 举报 分享
