人事 / 人事专员

工作职责：

- 搜寻合适候选人，安排并进行面试；
- 负责人事相关聘用/离职程序；
- 根据管理规定要求，进行工资计算等与GDFESCO合作的事项；
- 组织培训活动；
- 履行人事活动，给予管理支持；
- 准备人事相关活动的报告或演讲陈述；
- 组织团队建设活动。

任职要求：

- 大学学历，专业为人力资源管理或相关领域；
- 熟悉劳动法和相关法规；
- 至少1-2年跨国公司的相关经验，如有采购，质检，零售相关领域尤佳；
- 能用英文作为工作语言，听说读写，熟悉MS Office的运用；
- 如有培训，开发等经验为加分项；
- 热衷于处理人力资源工作，有耐心，有分析问题的头脑，可靠的工作质量，前瞻性的工作作风，富有团队精神。

HR / HR Specialist

Responsibility:

? Search, pre-qualify, conduct interviews and pre-select candidates ;
? Handling the HR hiring / dismissal procedures;
? Salary calculation / confirmation process and related matters with GDFESCCO according to the instructions given by the management.
? Coordinate training activities;
? Support the management in the implementation of HR related matters;
? Prepare relevant reports / docs / presentations about HR activities being performed;
? Develop a team building event.

Requirement:
? University degree with major in Human Resources Management or other relevant field;
? Familiar the Labor Law and the related regulations;
? At least 1-2 years' experiences in multinational companies with related experience, such as Sourcing and QC area;
? Able to communicate in English and familiar with MS office software;
? With solid training and developing experience would be plus.
? Keen on HR work, patient and careful, with analytical thinking, reliable work quality, proactive working style, good team player.
