Duties and Responsibilities:
岗位职责:
1. Coordinate with customer and handle customer orders timely;
与客户协调,及时处理客户要求;
2. Finish the work provided by supervisor timely.
及时完成主管安排的工作;
3. To assist supervisor to deal with external public relations and to coordinate related work.
协助主管处理公司对外部关系,协调相关工作;
4. Receive customer inspection application and sample or specification, review inspection application, and assure that the our service has capability to meet customer’s demands.
接收客户的检验申请及样品,审核f服务申请,确保公司有能力满足客户需求;
5. To be responsible for the labeling, delivery of samples.
负责对样品编号标签,寄送样品。
6. Good communication with clients and deliver the high value service to our clients.
良好的沟通能力,确保高品质服务
任职要求:
Qualification:
1.Education:Graduated from University .
大学及以上学历;
2.Knowledge, Abilities, Skills:Strongly on written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
良好的沟通技巧,较强的人际沟通能力
3.Be familiar with the relative standard requirement about the testing is preferred.
熟悉测试需要的相关标准者优先。
4. 熟练操作办公软件,性格开朗,身体健康,能吃苦耐劳。
