职位描述：
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required
 
1.Identify operational issues and report findings to Corporate IT.Perform software/hardware      
2.maintenance and upgrades including networks, servers, PCs, operating systems and report findings to Corporate IT.
3. Install, configure, test, monitor, and troubleshoot all end user hardware, software and communication devices as required by Corporate IT.
4.Work with Corporate IT and users for new technology implementations.Practice      asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment.
5. Analyze existing operations and make recommendations for the improvement and      growth of the network infrastructure and IT systems.
6.Assist Corporate IT in the provisioning of end-user services, including help desk      and technical support services.Performs all other functions as required; included are any work assignments relating to the efficient flow of work within JAC Products Inc.
 
SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:
Maintain a team-oriented working environment that allows for individual differences      and provides for individual growth.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies and      procedure manuals and operating instructions.
Ability to perform basic mathematical functions such as addition, subtraction,      multiplication and division.
Written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of computer hardware and network products. (personal computers, servers, printers, scanners and other peripheral equipment)
Problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to prepare and present plans for the above and coordinate development      including training of team members.
 
 PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
? Bacholer degree  and three to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent  combination of education and experience.
 
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
 Minimum  of 5-years in an Administrator positionExperienced      in LAN, WAN, Firewalls and Antivirus software 举报 分享
