1. College degree.
2. Good English (spoken and written)
3. Computer skills, MS Office
4. Positive working attitude, sense of responsibility and results-driven.

Responsibility
1. Make invitation letters, book the hotels, arrange vehicles for visitors and make daily cost sheet for visitors to sign.
2. Find apartments for relevant employees and visitors, applying the rent of house for them, assistant in problems of mobile phones or communication and so on.
3. Arrange meetings . ,register sheet of meeting agenda, prepare chairs and tables and drink and so on. ask cleaner to clean meeting room after meeting .
4. Let visitors to register the interview forms, and inform the relevant employees to join relevant interviews.
5. Sent expresses and receive the expresses
6. Make budget of office supplies once a month and get approval from HR manager and GM, responsible for purchasing them and apply for the payment of them.
7. Inventory of stationery: inventory of office supplies, make office supplies inventory form.
8. Register the in and out sheets of stationery for employee.
9. Keep office equipments working normal, such as scanners, fax machines, copiers, printers, computers, etc., prepare statement of equipment repair to repair agency.
10. Deal with the affairs about water and electricity and air condition and so on.
11. Business card application for new employee and provide information to supplier to make the business card.
12. Key management. make an overview of all of key and inventory them once half a year.
13. Recruitment issue, Assist HR Manager to release recruitment ads and inform candidates attend interviews
14. Coordination of the activities of the HR manager, such as anniversary parties, staffs birthday ,visit the new baby, group activities, etc.
15. Arrangement for the vehicle, book vehicle according to application form about vehicles.
16. Arrange the lunch card for new employee and apply lunch fee every month and so on
17. Arrange issue of booking drink water
18. Keep office enviroment clean supervise and training cleaner work
19. Relocation work for foreigner
20. Cashier (training will be provided )
21. Complete issue arranged from factory manager and general manager
22. Complete other thing from the HR manager
