工作职责：
1、在总经理领导下负责企业具体管理工作的布置、实施、检查、督促、落实执行情况
2、传达总经理下达的任务，并汇报工作进展，做好上传下达工作
3、协助总经理进行日常事务和商务事务处理
4、组织、安排公司例会及协调会，做好会议记录及会议追踪工作；
5、按照总经理的指示，组织起草、修改公司工作计划、报告、总结等文件；
6、做好文件传阅、归档、收发、传递工作；
7、完成总经理交办的其他工作事务。
8、招聘简历筛选，预约，人才档案建立；
9、做好外来人员接待等日常工作
任职要求：
1、有中小型外贸公司管理经验优先，国际贸易，英语，人力资源等相关专业优先
2、具有很强的判断与决策能力，计划和执行能力
3、熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备，具备基本的网络知识；
4、英语六级以上，具有流利的英文听说和熟练的读写能力,二外日语为佳；
5、对工作充满活力，热情及自信，有强烈的事业心和责任感；
6、亲和力强，具有良好领导能力、沟通能力和团队合作精神。
