岗位要求：

1. 两年或以上卖场门店家百部门工作经验，其中至少一年担任家百部门管理职位；

Two years or above working experience in large retail chain stores, including one year at least in a management position；

2. 具备良好的沟通和协调能力，亲和力强，具备良好的心理素质和抗压能力；

Good communication and coordination ability, strong affinity, good psychological quality and pressure-proof ability;
3. 对人员管理、促销管理、货品管理有一定认识，熟悉卖场日常运作；

Have certain knowledge on personnel management, sales management, inventory management, and familiar with the store daily operation;

4. 热爱零售业，具有优秀的团队精神、沟通技巧及领导才能。

Passion for the retail industry, with good team-spirit, communication and leadership skills.

任职资格：

1. 大专及以上学历，女性，管理类或营销类相关专业优先，有相关工作经验优先；

College degree or above, female, management or marketing major is preferred;

2. 通过大学英语六级，普通话流利，熟悉电脑操作；

Pass CET-6,with fluent Mandarin, be familiar with Office Software;

3．吃苦耐劳，工作认真负责。
