任职资格：

1.大专及以上学历，管理类或营销类相关专业优先；

Tertiary and College education at least, management, or marketing related field preferred;

2.四年以上大型连锁零售企业门店工作经验，三年以上大型连锁零售企业门店实际培训经验；
More than four years related working experience in large chain retail business stores；

and more than three years practical training experience in large chain retail enterprise stoes;

3. 熟悉大型连锁零售企业门店培训环节（对熟食、蔬果、水产、干货品类中的一项或多项具备丰富工作经验），精通生鲜业务的各个环节；

Familiar with the large retail chains stores in training sessions (working experience in one or more of cooked food, fruits and vegetables, aquatic products, dry goods category)，

proficient in all aspects of the fresh food department;
4.良好的语言表达力，善于沟通，逻辑条理性强，执行公司生鲜部门的培训工作；

Good communication skills and logical rational implementation of the fresh food department training;
5.热爱零售业和培训业，学习力强，具备良好的心理素质和抗压能力。

Passion for retail and training trades, good learning ability, have a good psychological quality and pressure-proof ability.

岗位要求：

1、懂得基础电脑运用；

Good at the basic computer skills;

2、吃苦耐劳，工作认真负责。
