职位描述：
Responsibility：
? Leading production team to prepare production lines startup, include but not limited employee recruitment, SOP preparation, training, line tools and facility preparation, line basic 5S and line qualification.
? Leading production team to deliver production plan safely and with good quality and high efficiency
During start-up stage
? Leading production team to prepare production lines start-up.
? With the support of technical transfer leader to transfer process technology from reference factory to China Taizhou site.
? Learning the production running in reference factory and build up similar team capability in China factory.
? Building up production team for line startup and future commercial production.
? Leading production team to prepare SOP, training, line tools, line setup and validation etc. to ensure startup achieve vertical startup on time.
After Start-up stage
? Be responsible of the management, coordination, planning, and successful execution of the production plan.
? Coaching and encouraging the team on continuous improvement to ensure safety, quality, efficiency and other production targets continuous improved and are met on time.
? Overseeing the production process, managing the budget, ensuring the supply of raw materials, and monitoring the quality of the products.
? Be responsible for the effective management of the human resources and ensure people’s capability in production department continuous improved to meet business requirement.
? Responsible of SHE performance and SHE continuous improvement of production team.
? Monitoring - and ensuring - compliance with SOPs and safe systems of work, and flagging up safety issues and concerns
? A member of the Plant Leadership Team producing monthly report and performance measure indicators playing a full part in the running of the business.
? Ensuring that the collaboration between various departments is lucid and there is no communication gap among the teams.

Background：
? Bachelor or above degree on science or engineering
? Minimum 3 years relevant experience in multi-national company
? Experience in the cosmetic or Pharmaceutical industry is a must
? Good communication
? Lean knowledge
? Project Management
? Fluent in English
