职位描述：
1、开发新客户、维护老客户 等工作；
2. 根据客户的要求结合本公司的要求修改合同；
3. 对客户的情况及时了解，反馈并提出调整建议；
4. 对合同数量指标负责，确保合同的有效性已达成目标。

任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，一年以上人事、销售、线下推广或O2O工作经验；
2. 性格开朗，有亲和力，具备良好的沟通表达与组织协调能力，喜欢与人沟通；
3. 有团队组织协调、团队培训经验者优先；
4. 学习能力、观察分析力强，有吃苦耐劳、努力进取的精神，团队意识强；
5. 品行端正，有良好的职业道德。
晋升方向；横向：市场专员-市场经理-市场总监
                    纵向：市场专员-猎头顾问-项目经理
综合工资：基本薪资+合同提成+岗位提成+年终奖
上班时间：9:00-12:00 13:30-17:30
