职位描述：
此职位面向在校生，大四、研二、研三均可；
实习期2016.09-2017.02(可延长至2017.06);
一周至少需出勤4天；
提供住宿（与国际实习生同住一栋公寓）

Principal Accountabilities
1.Assistant Related Work
Welcome the visitors in a proper manner
Answer the incoming telephone call in a friendly manner and transfer to the related person
Company apartment and accommodation management
Receive and send out the courier and ship stuffs accurately , and keep the records, then do the payment request
Daily meal reservation and monthly statistic
Company activities support
2.Further Duties
Attendance records input and monthly statistic, attendance card make
Company benefits support
Distribution of bath room key and uniforms for new employees and make relevant records accurate and update
Other work assigned by Mentor

Special Features
Fluent communication skills in English & Chinese
IT know-how: good in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.)
Good communication skills in international multilingual environment
Active; detail-concerned; responsible; team player with Can-Do attitude
