Job Description

Position: Receptionist

- Responsible for company reception activities. Reception service, such as company call receiving and transferring, company visitor greeting and recording, company mail receiving and delivery, and etc
- Office service supply, such as water, tea and other office supplies
- General admin support such as hotel booking, tickets booking, transportation arrangement, business cards printing, mail posting, and etc
- Office Stationary purchasing and management
- Communicate and coordinate with property management department to ensure air conditioner, lighting working.
- Take charge of cleaner’s work and car coordination.
- Daily office security management such as office key, security checking
- Provide assistance in employee staffing activities, such as candidate interview arrangement， staff information register, new staff training including fire drill, IT policy, office facilities using etc.
- Meeting room reservation and equipment maintenance.
- Petty cash management and make weekly reconciliation with Fin. Assistant.
- Leave and attendance booking and report.
- Assist supervisor for organizing outing, training and annual meeting as well.
- Handling work permit/residence permit for foreigners.
- Other jobs and responsibilities assigned by direct leader

Qualification:

- Fluent English
- Open minded and easy communication.
