职位描述：
1.Set up the overall purchasing strategies for watering product categories, and set up the supplier pyramid as strategy.
2.Monitoring the day-to-day team’s actives of a group of suppliers in order to implement the organization’s overall purchasing strategies for one or several product categories according to the supplier pyramid.
3.Set up the goal agreement for sourcing team to achieve the organization target.
4.Check the purchasing forecast, budgets; follows up on purchasing volume and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas to improve and finally achieve the overall performance as defined in the Goal Agreement.
5.Set up the negotiation strategy, monitoring and conduct the negotiation process with existing and potential suppliers.
6.Coordinate the sourcing team to support to the development of product quality, delivery, and prices for area of responsibility. 7.Works on cost reduction initiatives with CRI project team to achieve the PPV and MCR target.
