Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve the sales and merchandising target with retail customer.
2. Develop and implement trading terms and in-store promotion activities consistent with company policies.
3. Coordinate with Regional KA Managers, field sales team, logistic and other related function team to ensure high customer service levels.
4. Manage the sales and promotion expense under the budget for the account.
5. Work with field sales team and finance department to work out the specific sales projection and expense budget.
6. Category Management with the support from Customer marketing team
7.Assist finance department to oversee the credit payment process and manage customer credit, ensure account receivables are collected in a timely manner.
8. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with retail customers.
9. Conduct negotiations with customers in regards to trading terms, new product listing; direct field sales force in shelf display and promotion campaigns.
10.Conduct regular business reviews with key account.
11.Maintain knowledge of the chicken market and competitor’s information.

Business Scope: National Key Accounts/ All products of Tyson China
Subordinate :N/A
Inside: Marketing, logistic, planning, operation, purchase, PR, R&D, finance and regional KA and field sale team.
Outside : Customers, distributors, 3rd part logistic company and related authorities

Requirements:

Education:Bachelor degree above, MBA is preferred with major in business management, sales & marketing or economy preferred.
Experience:
At least 5 years retail or retail sales management experience with solid key customer management professionalism.
3 years of experience in key customer management in FMCG, food sales experience will be an advantage
Languages:Mandarin and English proficiency both in oral and written
