Requirements:
-Minimum 4 years quality engineering experience in plastics, metals and electro-mechanical assemblies.
-Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline desirable but equivalent work experience is acceptable.
-Knowledge of quality systems including ISO, Six Sigma and TQM.
-Experience with varied mechanical production processes for plastics and metals.
-Experience in preparing CpK, PpK, PPAP documentation.
-Experience in working with inspection equipment; CMM, Optical Comparator and other mechanical measuring devices.
-Familiar with production/process control.
-Hands on experience in performing assessment of production processes to determine compliance with requirements/specifications, documentation and reporting.
-Experience working with suppliers to correct product deviations
-Travel to supplier locations to conduct audits and inspections
-Disciplined, self-directed, task-oriented.
-Good interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
-Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Job Description:
-Required by growing manufacturing and product development corporation with diverse customer base ranging from large established manufacturers to specialty electronics and entrepreneurial clients.
-Qualify new vendors and oversee production to ensure product quality is maintained.
-Inspect production processes and first articles for compliance with requirements and specifications.
-Preparation of quality and project management reports.
-Updating of MRP System daily
-Depending on experience.
