岗位要求和职责：
- 英语口语和书写熟练，良好；
- 2年以上同一个公司工作的质量检验经验；
- 熟悉铝压铸件，五金行业，机械设备，模具设备的质量标准，出口质量标准；
- 懂得铝压铸件和各种五金件的原材料采购到成模到产品完成的工序；
- 懂得各种质检报告的制作，excel表格整理并管理，有ERP系统经验的优先。有外企工厂经验的优先；
- 熟悉处理不良品的退换工作，与供应商的谈判，交流，协助采购跟单做好不良品订单的款项处理；
- 严格要求产品的质量标准，懂得与供应商及工人的指导和良好沟通，产品分析，有耐心；
- 及时汇报上级出现的不良状况及紧急情况，做好自己的职责并督促与自己接洽的同事的工作；
- 有一定的管理能力，有相关的对手下工人的管理经验；
- 有2年以上的驾龄，会开手动档汽车；
