职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责:
1. Lead sample team, train and coach team members, improve the competency level of them continuously
领导样品小组，培训指导小组成员的工作，持续改善样品小组的能力
2. Continuously improve sample production process in MSC to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the work of the sample team
持续改善样品生产流程以确保样品小组工作的效率与效果
3. Collect the sample production request from PM/Sales, make sample build plan and coordinate with production department for needed resource
收集项目经理、销售的样品需求，制定样品生产计划并协调生产部门以获取必要的资源
4. Prepare materials needed for samples assembly, issue sample build requests to MRP team, ensure work order is created correctly
准备样品组装所需要的物料，向MRP部门发起样品生产需求，确保生成正确的生产工单
5. Execute sample production work order according to defined work instruction & inspection instruction and deliver the samples on time and on quality
根据样品安装指南及检验指导书生产、检测样品，按时、按质交付样品
6. Plan and manage the needed equipment for sample testing
计划、管理样品测试所需要的设备
7. Manage sample storage according to 5S requirements and keep the stock material info. up to date
根据5S要求管理样品的储存，保证库存物料信息的及时更新
