职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for new product design & development and ensure deliver the product on schedule, on specification, on budget and on quality requirements
To liaise with overseas colleagues and mainland or oversea suppliers independently
To provide and fine tune product design from preliminary concept, detail design, prototypes, tooling design approval, pilot run to mass production stage
To verify the feasibility of projects and highlight design and manufacturing problems and plan for solutions to improve performance, reliability and manufacturability of new products
To work closely with QA, sourcing, supplier and oversea colleagues
To handle product transfer and cost reduction program

Job Requirement:
Bachelor of Science major in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
Minimum 10 years’ experience in product design, development, mechanical debug, project management and able to handle with different suppliers
In-depth knowledge in manufacturing processes such as plastic molding, die casting, metal stamping and fabrication
Experience in coordinating program activities from engineering drawing release through pilot production
Fluent written and spoken English and Putonghua; Cantonese will be an advantage
Ability to use SolidWorks, Pro-Engineer and AutoCAD? Pleasant character with positive working attitude, proactive, hardworking, able to work independent, with good communication skills, self-initiative and team work characteristics
Understand problem solving techniques to execute root cause analysis / work flexible hours / handle multiple tasks

The candidate should hold high ethical standard and able to mix easily with wide variety of people with an understanding of team work value. Extensive travel is required. 举报 分享
