职位描述：

- Reporting to the Motul Tech Great China Regional Manager in Shanghai

- 直接汇报给上海的MotulTech大中华区域经理

- Responsible primarily for Metalworking Fluids and Industrial lubricants business and marketing in designated areas/field

- 全面负责指定区域的金属加工液/油，工业润滑油的业务，市场营销，推广

- Implement HQ strategic business plan to achieve corporate goals in the field of Marketing and business

- 执行，实施总部的业务计划，市场推广工作

- Manage existing distributors and seeking new distributors, end users to achieve continuous growth

- 管理现有的经销商，及开发新的经销商，终端客户，以达到可持续增长

- Identify customer needs, market trend and analyze competitors

- 确定客户的需求，市场发展趋势，及竞争品牌的研判

- Develop business plan, including marketing action plans, providing marketing support to distributors

- 制定本区域的业务计划，包括市场行动计划，以及对经销商的市场计划

- Provide Training and Technical support to Distributors and End Users

- 为经销商，客户提供培训及技术支持

Requirements / 要求：

- Degree in Engineering, Good Lubricants technical Knowledge and marketing

- 具有工程类的学位，且有良好的润滑油技术知识，及市场推广能力

- At least 5 years of sales experience in the field of Metal Working Fluids or Industrial lubricants

- 具有5年以上在金属加工油/液及/或工业润滑油领域的工作经验

- Proficiency in English with good verbal and written communication skills.

- 流利的英语口语，优良的英语书写沟通能力

- Responsible and accountable

- 具有良好的责任心，对工作积极负责

- A team player and working closely with internal staff and HQ to ensure a high quality of customer service level

- 具有良好的团队精神，有能力同公司员工及总部积极配合以保证高质量的客户服务

- Be proficient in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- 能熟练使用Word，Excel及PowerPoint文件
