职位描述：

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct full quality systems audit on existing and potential suppliers after supplier self-qualification (SQ) assessment received as well as conduct follow up quality audit on designated suppliers.

2. Validate the proper use of inspection gauges (GRR), accuracy of measurements (MSA), statistical process control (SPC) at each supplier manufacturing site.

3. Identify in-process quality control (IPQC) continuous improvement opportunities at supplier manufacturing facilities to implement and establish quality and efficiency improvements.

4. Advise supplier with good manufacturing practices and recording templates required to produce products with major or critical dimensions and meet safety critical requirements.

5. Work with contract suppliers to resolve manufacturing and process issues as they arise to ensure supplier compliance with drawings, specifications, and test requirements.

6. Facilitate the completing of supplier corrective action report (8D/SCAR) and resolution of all quality related issues until closure.

7. Support quality engineers responsible for auditing products manufactured by contract suppliers through AQL random sampling inspections and report inspection results.

8. Support quality engineers and sourcing managers to evaluate RFQ guidelines, i.e. PPAP, requirements, PPAP sample sizes, First article inspection (FAI) etc.

9. Author and report related quality activities to management and suppliers as required.

Required Qualifications:

A. Bachelor degree or higher university graduate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

B. Solid knowledge of mechanical design, fabrication, performance test, and reliability test.

C. At least 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality Assurance and process improvements.

D. Able to communicate in English. Minimum level CET-4, Level CET-6 is preferred.

E. Strong engineering and SQA skills to meet the challenges in a global environment.

F. Auditor knowledge of ISO9001 &TS16949 quality systems and APQP methodology.

G. Able to work under pressure and adapt to an ever changing global environment.

H. Being energetic and professional with a positive attitude towards difficult tasks.

I. Embrace ownership responsibility to ship quality products with zero defects.

J. Willing to travel extensively as required.
