Job Functions
This position is technical oriented. The incumbent is to ensure that a specific product family is currently adapted to the market demands and be responsible for the application and product support to the sales and service companies. It has Local technical ownership of Grundfos product groups and provide technical overview on product portfolio.

Major Tasks include, but not limited to:
? Supporting sales engineers and system engineers on design with the product knowledge
? Collect the products needs and turn it into a product specification, furthermore to drive the product optimization, upgrade or development;
? Support GPMA on the relevant program management matters;
? Support the launching of the new products and carry out the products training;
? Take part in the pricing and optimization
? Coordination, collection of information and publication of articles on reference cases and relevant technical issues, both internally and externally, to promote Grundfos products
? Responsible for development of training programs and training within own product groups; Preparation of materials and conduct trainings/seminars in coordination with the application team
? To review technical documentation of the products
? Implement of modification for new solutions and products to be launched in China to suit market requirements and providing support to apply for necessary approval and compliance certificates
? Investigate the new application opportunities for Grundfos products in new and existing markets and providing technical support during initial sales of these new initiatives


Qualification and Experience

? 3 to 5 years working in product management or/and development
? Degree holder in an engineering discipline or equivalent with technical and commercial knowledge
? Experience in technical training and presentation Familiar with WU national standards and procedures
 

Skills and Personal Attributes

? Fluent written and spoken Chinese: Good knowledge of English
? Highly computer literate – MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint,
? Honesty and integrity to uphold the Company’s values
? Good people skills and able to work with people at all levels
? A team player able to work with other members to achieve goals of the team
? Self-driven with ability to prioritize tasks based on set objectives
? Enthusiasm and persistence in getting the job done
? Positive self-confidence and ability to deal with pressure
