职位描述：
1Quality management system
Implementation of a QM system based on the requirements of relevant QM norms and meeting customerspecific
requirements based on the Hella QM system in the plant in order to
remain competitive nationally and internationally over the long term.
2 Quality improvement plan
Coordination of quality-related activities in the plant for preparation of a Quality improvement plan in order to
assure competitiveness through ongoing improvement
3 Audits
Planning and execution and/or. supporting internal/external audits in order to
verify the effectiveness of the QM system and identify any variances and implement corrective measures
4 Product quality
Monitoring quality performance in Production, identifying quality and service problems and preparing
proposed solutions and implementing and checking the effectiveness of corrective action to meet the "zerofault
objective" and assure product quality
5 Customer care/service quality
Identifying and recording quality and service problems, proposed solutions with all persons involved to
assure implementation to achieve the maximum levels of customer satisfaction
6 Quality in development
Reporting back quality issues from Production to Product/Process development and exert an influence of the
implementation of corrective measures for new developments in order to ensure a faultless series launch
with stabile and capable processes and procedures.
7 Preparing quality reports
Provide regular information to the factory manager and quality manager on quality-relevant procedures,
quality key figures and trends and -costs
8 Leadership
Managing and motivating staff and allocated functions in order to achieve the quality objectives with all

Jiaxing Hella Light Co,Ltd is a new program Hella Group launched in Jiaxing Economic&Technological Development Zone, which mainly provides the headlights, taillights, frog lights and other kinds of automotive lights to the medium and high level automotive manufacturers like Shanghai Volkswagen and Shang GM. The company was founded in Jul 2012,with registration capital RMB200 million. And the new factory is under construction and the total area is 56 thousand square kilometers. It’s estimated to put into production in Aug 2013 and the annual output could be more than 2200million. Then it will be the biggest Hella factory in China.
